ABOUT SQUARE MOON DESIGN

Welcome to Square Moon Design! I'm Maria Caputi, the creative force behind this small art business located in regional Victoria. Originally from Colombia, I embarked on a journey to Australia in 1999, where I found a new home.

As a mother, graphic designer, and ultimately, an artist, I channel my diverse experiences into crafting intricate paper-quilling art. It's a medium that allows me to express the vibrant colours of my homeland, the spirit of its women, and the kaleidoscope of colours that surround us.

Each piece I craft is born from endless practice and heart. With meticulous attention to detail, each one-of-a-kind piece is handcrafted entirely from paper and glue.
